New lettings and fit-outs of warehouses and production space often include floor work before the unit is ready to use.

Choosing a resin system for your Preston site

• Light traffic and dusty concrete: an epoxy or PU floor coating may be enough.
• Production areas, labs or showrooms: a self-smoothing resin gives a seamless, easy-clean finish.
• Food production or hot wash-down: ask about polyurethane concrete.
• Very little downtime available: ask about fast-cure MMA.

Frequently asked questions

How much does resin flooring cost in Preston?

Prices depend on the system, floor area, how much preparation the existing slab needs, and access. We don't quote guide prices. Matched contractors will price your actual site.

Do contractors visit Preston sites before quoting?

For anything beyond a small area, a site survey is normal and recommended, so the contractor can check the slab, moisture and access.

Epoxy or resin?

Epoxy is a type of resin. See our epoxy vs resin guide for the differences between systems.
